Phase 1

Foundations April → 1 July 2026 Weekly calls

Phase 1 is the foundation everything else gets built on. You probably have versions of some of this already. The point of Phase 1 is to get it all in one place, working together properly, so the longer-term build-out has something solid underneath it.

Weekly consulting calls run from kickoff through to launch.

Information gathering
The first month is mostly about pulling the raw material together. Calls focus on:
  • Written content for the websites (customer avatar, FAQs, founder's message, values, anything else the sites need)
  • Offer strategy review
  • Timetable review, including any knock-on for coaching resources
  • Confirming policies for each location, since we'll need those in place before the first site goes live

Most of the written content is yours to write, with guidance on calls. We'll work out a sensible delivery schedule together at our first call.

Mid to late May
First site built and approved
The first Renowned location site is built and approved. Once that template is signed off, it gets cloned and customised for the other four locations.
By 1 July — live and working
The complete foundation
  • 5 location websites, each on their own domain, built on the 36 Chambers academy template
  • All policy pages per location: terms and conditions, membership terms, media consent, hygiene, code of conduct, safeguarding, CCTV, privacy, cookie
  • Hosting, security, and the full premium plugin set
  • Fresh GoHighLevel sub-account with one pipeline covering all locations
  • Booking calendars per location per programme
  • Trial deposit logic for advance bookings
  • Trial waivers embedded per site
  • Lead, cancellation, personalisation, and 30-day onboarding forms per age group per location
  • ScoreApp lead magnets for both kids and adults
  • Basic lead follow-up automations: trial session reminders, thanks for booking, cancellations, rebookings
Within one month of launch
Tracking and analytics
  • Tracking and analytics (GA4 + GTM) live across all 5 properties

What this means in practice: by 1 July, a prospect can find you through your Meta ads, your websites, or the ScoreApp, get matched to their nearest location, fill out the personalisation form, book a trial session, sign the waiver, pay the deposit, get reminded of their booking, and land in your CRM as a tracked lead. End to end.

Build-out July → September 2026 Fortnightly calls

Consulting calls drop to fortnightly. The work shifts from foundation to expansion. Roughly one major project per month, agreed together based on what the data is telling us your business actually needs.

The kind of work this includes
  • Lead nurture flows, expanded based on what the data shows
  • Sales decks
  • VSL stacks across the funnel
  • Onboarding sequences for new students
  • Retention systems and student feedback loops
  • KPI dashboard

Some smaller items get handled as "here's the idea, go and run with it" rather than counting against the monthly project.


Phase 3

Continued build-out October 2026 → March 2027 Monthly calls

Consulting calls drop to monthly. Same cadence of roughly one major project per month, same approach: priority agreed together based on what the business needs.

Consulting calls drop to quarterly. The system is bedded in and running. £895 continues to cover:

  • Hosting and uptime for all 5 sites
  • All tooling licences
  • GoHighLevel sub-account running, automations live, calendars live
  • Plugin updates, security patches, minor fixes
  • Quarterly consulting calls
  • Reasonable ad-hoc help when things break

New major builds from this point are scoped and quoted as separate projects.

Custom website design

The websites are built on the 36 Chambers academy template, customised for your brand and content. Bespoke design work outside that template isn't part of the subscription. Custom automations, integrations, and CRM builds are absolutely included.


Ownership

What you own, what comes down on cancellation

You always own everything that's yours: all your domains, all your accounts, all your customer data, all your brand assets, and any video content recorded during the engagement. The policy pages we write for your websites are yours too, and we'll happily hand them over.

The GoHighLevel build, on cancellation: everything from Phase 1 is yours to take. You can snapshot it into your own GoHighLevel account and keep it running. That includes your booking calendars, your pipeline, your trial booking workflow, your basic follow-up automations, your forms inside GHL, your tags, your contacts, and all your conversation history. You'd just need to sign up for your own GoHighLevel.

The more advanced builds we develop together from Phase 2 onwards (advanced lead nurture flows, sales process automation, retention systems, anything we build in the back end of the engagement) are part of your ongoing subscription. They stay with 36 Chambers, the same way any SaaS platform works: you get the use of the system while you're subscribed, and the underlying build belongs to the platform.

The KPI dashboard sits in the middle: the dashboard itself is a Google Sheet you own outright, with all your data in it. The n8n automation that keeps it updated is part of the subscription and would come down on cancellation. You'd keep your data, you'd just need to update the sheet manually or rebuild the automation yourself.
